Qualitech Home Services is run out of Deerfield Beach by the family that owns it. Every trade we sell, we are licensed to perform ourselves.
Built on the licenses, not the logo
Most South Florida home service companies are built around one trade and broker the rest. A roofer subs out the electrical. A solar installer subs out the roof. The homeowner ends up holding three contracts and, when something leaks, three phone numbers that all point at each other.
We went the other way. Qualitech carries certified state licenses in roofing, electrical, solar, building, plumbing and air conditioning. That took years and a lot of exams, and it is the reason we can put a whole project on one contract with one warranty behind it.
The company is family-run, which shows up in ordinary ways. The owner is reachable. Crews are ours, not a rotating cast from a labor pool. If we say a job takes nine working days, we tell you on day four whether that is still true.
We work the coast from Weston to Palm Beach, which means we build for what this climate actually does: driving rain, salt air, ultraviolet load and the hurricane code that comes with all of it.

We put it in writing
Scope, materials, quantities, working days and what happens if we find something behind the drywall. If it is not in the estimate, you are not paying for it.
We meet the inspector
Permits are part of the job, not an extra. We file, we schedule, we show up for the inspection and we close the permit out.
We clean up like it is our house
Tarps down before tear-off, debris hauled the same day where possible, and a magnet sweep over the driveway and lawn before we leave.
We answer after the check clears
The warranty is only worth the phone call it takes to use it. Call the same number you called for the estimate.
