General contracting

Additions, remodels, structural repair and permit-heavy restoration, managed end to end with the roofing and electrical done in-house instead of subbed out.

Licensed underCBC 1265942

A general contractor's real product is coordination. Anyone can hire trades; the value is in sequencing them so the electrician is not standing in a room the drywaller has not finished. Because we hold the roofing, electrical and solar licenses ourselves, three of the trades on your job are already on our payroll and already on our schedule.

What we build

  • Additions and structural work

Room additions, enclosures and structural repair, including tying new framing into an existing roof line so the result does not read as an afterthought from the street.

  • Kitchen and bath remodels

Full remodels including the electrical and plumbing rough-in, cabinetry, tile and the finish carpentry, on a schedule that tells you when your kitchen comes back.

  • Impact windows and doors

Impact-rated window and door replacement to current code, which also affects what your insurer charges you for wind coverage.

  • Whole-house remodels

Not one room at a time. A full remodel means the roof, the wiring, the plumbing, the air conditioning and the finishes are sequenced against each other by one contractor, which is the only way a house comes back on a date anyone can predict.

  • New construction

Ground-up single-family construction, from the slab and the shell to the certificate of occupancy. Six licences means the trades that build the house answer to the same schedule instead of to six separate contracts.

  • Storm restoration

Post-hurricane repair across the whole envelope, covering roof, openings, exterior finishes and the wiring behind them, under one contract and one permit package.

Permits and inspections

Broward and Palm Beach municipalities each have their own submittal requirements, and a permit that stays open after the job ends becomes the homeowner's problem at closing. We handle the filing, the revisions, the inspection scheduling and the close-out, and we give you the permit number so you can track it yourself.

Permits and inspections

One contract, multiple trades

The most expensive part of a remodel is usually not material, it is dead time between trades. When the roofer, the electrician and the builder answer to the same schedule, that dead time collapses. It is also why nobody can blame the last crew when something does not line up.

FAQ

General contracting

Do you subcontract the work?
Roofing, electrical and solar are our own licensed crews. Specialty trades such as cabinetry or flooring may be brought in, and when they are, they are supervised on our schedule and under our contract, not handed to you as a separate vendor.
How long does an addition or remodel take?
Permitting alone can take several weeks depending on the municipality and how many revisions the plans require. Construction on a room addition typically runs eight to twelve weeks after the permit is issued. We give you both timelines separately so the permitting wait is not a surprise.
How do change orders work?
In writing, priced and approved before the work happens. If we open a wall and find something the estimate did not anticipate, we stop, photograph it, price it and get your sign-off. Nothing gets added to the invoice you have not already agreed to.
Can you handle insurance restoration work?
Yes. Storm restoration that spans roof, openings and interior is exactly the case for a single building contractor, because otherwise the scope crosses three companies. We document for the adjuster and manage the permit package end to end.

What people say after the crew leaves

  • I recently had my roof replaced by Qualitech Home Services, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. The installation was flawless, and the quality of workmanship truly exceeded my expectations. What stood out even more was their financing program, hands down one of the best I've come across. It was flexible, transparent, and tailored to fit my needs without any hidden surprises.

  • Qualitech was the best company I reached out to. They are quick, efficient, and reliable. Their prices are great, and they're very honest about their work. Another great thing is the free quote they offer. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our new roof and will definitely use them again in the future.
