Plumbing
Repipes, water heaters, drains and slab leaks, done under our own state plumbing licence rather than handed to whoever was available that week.
Licensed underCFC 1431872
Most plumbing calls in South Florida are not emergencies, they are a house telling you something about its age. Galvanised supply from the 1950s, polybutylene from the 1980s, a slab leak that shows up as a warm spot on the floor before it ever shows up as a puddle. We hold CFC 1431872, so the diagnosis and the repair come from the same company, and the permit is pulled in our name.
What we do
Repiping
Whole-house repipes in CPVC or PEX when the existing supply is galvanised or polybutylene. Both of those materials fail from the inside, so pressure and water colour are symptoms rather than the problem.
Water heaters
Tank and tankless replacement, including the expansion tank, the pan and the drain that most older installations never had, and the electrical or gas connection done to code rather than reused.
Drain and sewer
Camera inspection before we quote, then cleaning, spot repair or lateral replacement. We show you the footage. Nobody should be asked to approve a dig they have not seen a reason for.
Slab leaks
Locating the leak first with acoustic and pressure testing, then choosing between a spot repair and a reroute. Breaking concrete is the last option, not the opening bid.
Fixtures and rough-in
Supply and waste rough-in for bath and kitchen remodels, fixture setting, shut-off valves and the pressure test before anything gets closed up.
Repairs the inspection flagged
Insurance and four-point inspections routinely cite plumbing. Send us the report and we quote the cited items line by line, correct them and provide the documentation your carrier asked for.
Why the licence matters on a remodel
A bathroom remodel is a plumbing job with tile on top. When the builder and the plumber are the same company, the rough-in inspection and the tile schedule are on one calendar, and there is no week of waiting while a subcontractor finishes somebody else's job first. It also means one warranty covers both the pipe in the wall and the wall.
Emergencies
A burst supply line or a sewer backup does not wait for business hours, and we dispatch emergency calls as crews are available rather than promising a guaranteed response time we cannot always keep. If we cannot get to you quickly enough, we will say so on the phone instead of letting you wait.
FAQ
Plumbing
- How do I know whether my house needs a repipe?
- Age and material, mostly. Galvanised steel supply from before about 1960 and polybutylene from roughly 1978 to 1995 both fail from the inside out, so falling pressure, discoloured water and repeat pinhole leaks are the house telling you the pipe itself is done. Once a system starts leaking in more than one place, patching becomes the more expensive answer.
- How long does a whole-house repipe take?
- Most single-family repipes run three to five working days, plus drywall patching and paint. We open the walls in the smallest number of places that still allows a proper run, pressure test before anything is closed, and the city inspects it. Water is off during working hours, not overnight.
- Do you have to break the slab to fix a slab leak?
- Not always, and it should not be the first proposal. We locate the leak acoustically and with pressure testing first, then compare a spot repair against rerouting the line overhead. On an older system a reroute is often both cheaper and less disruptive than opening the floor.
- Tank or tankless water heater?
- Tankless saves space and standby energy but usually needs a larger gas line or a heavier electrical feed, which is a real cost. In a house that already has adequate service it is a good answer. In a house that would need a panel upgrade to support it, a modern tank heater is often the better value, and we will tell you which case you are in.
- Do you pull permits for plumbing work?
- For repipes, water heater replacements, sewer laterals and remodel rough-in, yes, in our own name under CFC 1431872. Unpermitted plumbing is the sort of thing that surfaces during a sale, and it surfaces as your problem.

What people say after the crew leaves
I recently had my roof replaced by Qualitech Home Services, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. The installation was flawless, and the quality of workmanship truly exceeded my expectations. What stood out even more was their financing program, hands down one of the best I've come across. It was flexible, transparent, and tailored to fit my needs without any hidden surprises.
We recently completed a roofing project with Qualitech Home Services, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We are now ready for the new solar panel installation project that Qualitech will be completing soon.
Qualitech was the best company I reached out to. They are quick, efficient, and reliable. Their prices are great, and they're very honest about their work. Another great thing is the free quote they offer. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our new roof and will definitely use them again in the future.
